Understanding Flipkarts Social Media Strategy [Interview].
When my brother lived in Bangalore, he used to tell me about this small online book store Flipkart that used to run its operations from a small house close to where he used to live. Now they are the biggest Internet retail success story in India!
I am not so cure about their approach to social media though. Without dedicated and concentrated social media execution strategy, would they be able to leverage social media to its full potential???
I don’t know but it seems the smart money is riding on them. Let’s see what happens as things move ahead.
